"AFTER several years of struggling with severe depression and ptsd, finding help was hard. Once I reached out and found help with Jen, the countless positive changes in my life started. After many prayers and guidance, I've accomplished more in my life, found new possibilities and coping skills. Hobbies & activities I feared were gone forever, have re-emerged and became part of my life again. after many years of struggling, the ability to go from a full introverted personality to a more extraverted one has been amazing.
